Each Beyond Fitness Retreat is carefully designed to incorporate our natural surroundings as much as possible in order to make exercising engaging and exhilarating whilst allowing you to reconnect with nature.
You can enjoy the best of both worlds on our retreats with daily yoga classes alongside fitness sessions and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and stand up paddleboarding. There is something for everyone and we welcome all ages and abilities.
We have people from all over the UK and further afield join us and you can find us running retreats in a variety of different venues across Scotland as well as the Algarve in Portugal.

The retreat was fabulous! Yoga with Jess was great – she did a mixture of relaxing and more intense classes and even taught us the basics of headstands.
We did some paddle boarding at sunrise which was an amazing experience. The fitness sessions with Kim were tough but fun!
