All of our retreats share the same core values of spending time in the outdoors and sharing this passion with others. Each retreat is carefully curated to incorporate our natural surroundings as much as possible in order to make exercising as engaging and exhilarating as possible.

We run a variety of different retreats across Scotland and Europe for people searching for adventure and a different perspective of exercise and movement.

Scotland Retreats

The historic Royal Cottage on the banks of Loch Katrine is the base for all of our Scottish retreats. Throughout the summer months we host a mixture of yoga and fitness retreats and outdoor fitness retreats, tailored for all ages and abilities.

Royal Cottage was built as a place to stay for Queen Victoria in her 1859 visit to open the Glasgow waterworks. Today, we welcome you to this comfortable highland escape complete with wood-burning stoves, cosy bedrooms and uninterrupted views of Loch Katrine and the surrounding Trossachs National Park.

Guest accommodation comprises of 5 double bedrooms sharing 3 bathrooms and en-suite master bedroom. With no more than 7 guests at any one time, the experience is kept personal, peaceful and sociable.

Yoga & Fitness Retreat

This special weekend combines the best of both worlds with daily yoga sessions mixed with hiking and garden workouts. We make sure to include a variety of yoga styles including fiery vinyasa, restorative yin and night time yoga nidra.

Fitness Retreat

This is not your normal fitness bootcamp! We take all of our exercise outdoors and spend as much time as possible exploring the surrounding Trossachs National Park. We spend the weekend hiking up nearby Corbetts, fitness sessions in the gardens & mountain biking around the local forest trails.

European Retreats

9th-14th October 2024

We are back again for Portugal 2.0! After the success of our first European retreat last year, we couldn’t resist returning to Portugal for another yoga & fitness retreat. Set in the south-west Algarve, this is a 5 night retreat consisting of daily yoga sessions, beach workouts, sea swims, sunrise paddle-boarding and hiking. We’ll be using the stunning Quinta Agave as our base for this retreat which is set just off the coast near the small seaside village of Burgau.

Our nearest airport is Faro which is a one hour’s drive to the Quinta, and we recommend booking flights as soon as possible. The accommodation will be available to guests from 4pm on Wednesday 9th October and will be have to be evacuated by 10am on Monday 14th October.
