Location
Our one-day yoga and fitness retreats are held at A Little Breathing Space on Cove Farm, just 40 minutes from Edinburgh and easily accessible off the A1. Nestled behind a grassy headland, this peaceful hideaway offers direct access to the Southern Upland Way coastal path, with sweeping views of the North Sea and dramatic, rugged coastline. After a scenic 2km walk, we'll arrive at Pease Bay for an invigorating beach fitness class before returning to our beautiful retreat space.
The day includes sessions in our spacious, light-filled yoga studio, restorative time in the sauna, and the option to refresh with four ice baths. We'll round it all off with nourishing, woodfired pizza straight from the outdoor oven.

Meet the team
Rebecca

Rebecca is a highly experienced yoga teacher with over five years of guiding students through mindful movement and holistic wellness practices. Her classes are rooted in dynamic Vinyasa yoga, blending breath and fluid movement to build strength, flexibility, and presence.
Known for her warm, grounded presence and intuitive teaching style, Rebecca creates a welcoming space for practitioners of all levels, encouraging deep connection to the body and breath both on and off the mat.
Qualifications:
- 200 hour yoga teacher training with BodyMindLife
- 40 hour Yin with Steph Wall
- 40 hour functional yoga anatomy with Steph Wall
- Level 3 personal trainer & level 2 fitness instructor
Kim

Kim is the founder of Beyond Fitness and has been working as a sports coach for over ten years both as a ski instructor and within the fitness industry.
Kim is a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist who specialises in training people outdoors and hosting retreats across Scotland.
You'll find her leading all the workouts, mobility and stretching sessions and the first one in for a cold water dip on our retreats!
Qualifications:

- ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage
