Come and celebrate the changing of seasons on our one day fitness retreats
Our one day fitness retreats take place every three months to celebrate the changing of the seasons and embrace the unique scenery and natural playground that comes with each one. We spend the day running, hiking, working out on the beach and cold water swimming.
We use two stunning locations for our one day fitness retreats – Belhaven Bay in East Lothian.
Meet the team
Lauren
Lauren is a qualified run leader for We Run Edinburgh and an accomplished endurance athlete having successfully completed half marathon, marathon and ultra events such as the Marathon Mind, FoxTrails series and the Ultra Tour of Edinburgh.
Lauren believes running can be for everyone, especially trail running where it’s not about speed, fast, flat routes or racing, but connecting with your environment and and enjoying the moment alone or with others.
A self proclaimed foodie and drink connoisseur, Lauren works in the whisky industry during the week and spends her weekends playing outside.

Kim
Kim is the founder of Beyond Fitness and has been working as a sports coach for over 10 years both as a ski instructor and within the fitness industry.
Kim is a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist who specialises in training people outdoors and hosting retreats across Scotland.
You’ll find her leading all the workouts, mobility and stretching sessions and the first one in for a cold water dip on our retreats!
Qualifications:
